Launched in April 6, 2016, the advocacy project aims to promote climate change education in non-formal/formal education sector through school and community outreach activities and development of learning materials. The project is currently led by youth climate advocates, artists, researchers, educators and community leaders from more than 13 countries.
Mag-aba Mangrove Reforestation Project
The community project was implemented from December 2017 to October 2018 with support from the Eco-Peace Leadership Center of the Kangwon National University (South Korea), Yuhan-Kimberly and the UN Environment Program (UNEP). The project was accomplished in Pandan, Antique Province, Philippines.
Climate Education Nexus
The Climate Education Nexus is a collaborative project implemented by the ATO – ClimatEducate Project, the Climate Reality Project Australia, and the Pacific, and Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation. The project was aimed to implement a new integrated phase of the ATO - ClimatEducate Project through exploring and innovating in the nexus of climate change and education.
