ATO's 2022 membership aims to renew social advocacy goals

The organization held its online membership orientation on 18 December 2022 for this year's cohort of new organization members. The virtual gathering oriented the cohort about a brief history of the organization, its goals, objectives, ongoing initiatives and future prospects which highlighted the organization's long-term goals in line with its 20th anniversary on April 2023. 


Both new members and previous members have their brief introductions, shared their reflections and insights regarding the activities and their experiences in the organization. Udah George, who is the current chief director for the ATO - ClimatEducate Project, shared his message about the need for a self review and awareness about the social causes that the organization is taking. Rashidah, who also joined the organization in 2017, highlighted her experiences in the organization and pointed out that the young generation of today will always have a potential of creating an impact. 


The membership orientation activity concluded with promises of pursuing and boosting the organization’s activities next year and beyond.
