Statement of Grief and Condolences on the Death of Organization Member João Pedro C. EboliWe at the Alpha Team Organization-ATO, Inc., are in deep grief and loss upon receiving information regarding the tragic death of one of our key members in the organization, João Pedro C. Eboli of Brazil. The organization also extends its most sincere condolences to Mr. Eboli’s Family and Friends.
Mr. Eboli is remembered as one of the pioneer members of our climate change education project, “ClimatEducate” since its inception in 2016. As its first Committee Director for Education and Advocacy, he actively contributed in the drafting of its first Instructional Framework for Non-Online Initiatives (IF-NOI), conceptualized capacity-building activities and materials, recorded and monitored all outreach activities done by its project members and volunteers held in more than 10 countries. We will remember Mr. Eboli as an active, dedicated, intelligent, and outstanding leader , a key volunteer, and a great friend in our organization. We will continue and strive for what he has contributed in the project and in firm belief of what he has committed in one of our social advocacies. I was devastated with the news of his death. Joao as I fondly call him is very dedicated to the project. He was instrumental to most innovations particularly in the Education and Advocacy committee. A committee he served as its pioneer director. He was the youngest among us all. I pray may his soul rest in peace.
